How to place an order in the B2B webshop

  • Updated

Introduction

This article provides a short introduction to how the B2B webshop works from a customer perspective. It covers navigation, browsing products, adding items to the cart, managing favorites, and completing checkout.

Accessing the B2B webshop

When a customer logs into TRAEDE, they will see:

  • The brands they are connected to

  • Their order history under My orders

  • Their invoice history under My invoices

  • The option to download product images from orders

To enter the webshop, click Shop now.

Browsing products

Inside the webshop:

  • Click Products to view all products linked through the navigation.

  • Filters will appear on the left side (these vary depending on your B2B webshop setup).

  • Click a product to open its product page.

On the product page customers can see:

  • Product images

  • Videos (if available)

  • Product descriptions

  • Additional product information

Adding products to favorites

Customers can click the heart icon to add a product to their favorites.

Favorites can be accessed in the top-right corner, from which products can be added to the cart quickly.

Adding products to the cart

On the product page:

  1. Scroll to see available drops (e.g., pre-spring 21).

  2. Enter the desired quantities for each variation (e.g., 1 black, 1 green).

  3. View:

    • Total quantity

    • Recommended retail price

    • Unit price

    • Total line amount

Click Update cart to confirm.

Quick add from overview

You can also add products directly from the product overview by clicking the shopping cart icon.

Example workflow:

  • Add 10 units to the Stock drop for immediate delivery

  • Add 5 pink and 5 yellow to Pre-spring

  • Click Update cart

Reviewing and editing the cart

Go to Cart to view all added products.

Here customers can:

  • Review products across multiple drops (e.g., Stock + Pre-spring)

  • Adjust quantities

  • Export the cart as:

    • Excel

    • Excel with images

    • PDF

After reviewing, click Next step.

Checkout

On the checkout page:

  • Customer contact information fills automatically (can be edited).

  • A comment can be added if needed.

  • Review the full order and click Approve order.

How orders appear for the admin

Admins can view the customer’s submitted orders by going to:

Sales → Order list → B2B

Example:

  • Order 1089 (pre-spring order → 12 pieces)

  • Order 1088 (stock order created at the same time)

TRAede automatically splits orders into separate drops, allowing the admin to pack and process each one individually.
