Introduction
This article explains how to create, pick, and fulfill a shipment in TRAEDE. It is intended for users who manage sales orders and warehouse fulfillment and need an overview of the full shipment flow—from order to delivered shipment.
Create a shipment from an order
Go to Sales → Order list.
Open the relevant B2B order from the list.
Scroll to the bottom of the order page.
Click Shipment to create a new shipment.
Review shipment details
Once the shipment window opens:
TRAEDE automatically fills the quantity based on:
What is allocated on the order
What is available in stock
You can adjust the quantity manually if you have more stock available.
On the right side you will see:
Customer information
Order summary
Delivery options (e.g., delivery pick, shipping method, Incoterm)
These settings are optional unless you need to change the default selections.
Create the shipment
When the quantities and details are correct, click Create shipment.
The shipment will now appear in Fulfillment → Dashboard.
Pick and pack the shipment
Go to Fulfillment → Dashboard.
Locate the shipment.
Click Pick shipment.
When the blue button appears, click Claim shipment.
Enter the packed quantity.
If you packed fewer items than planned, update the number (e.g., change 5 to 3).
TRAEDE will show the difference.
When finished, click Fulfill shipment.
Once fulfilled, the shipment disappears from the dashboard.
View delivered shipments and documents
Go to Fulfillment → Shipments → Delivered.
Locate the shipment you fulfilled.

Invoice
Commercial invoice
Picking note
Delivery note
