Introduction
This article explains how to review and update your email settings in TRAEDE. You will learn where to find the email configuration, how to set a custom sender name and email address, and what happens if these fields are left empty. The guide also links to additional resources for managing email templates and notifications.
Accessing your email settings
From the TRAEDE home screen, go to Settings.
Scroll down to Emails.
Click General settings.
Defining sender information
Inside the general email settings, you can define:
Sender name – the name shown to recipients when they receive emails from TRAEDE.
Sender email address – the email address from which your system emails will be sent.
If you do not add anything in these two fields:
TRAEDE will automatically send emails using your TRA EDE account name as the sender name.
Emails will be sent from a no-reply TRAEDE email address.
