Introduction
This article explains how to create assortments in TRAEDE and apply them to products. Assortments allow you to quickly generate variants (for example, size runs) across one or more product colors. The guide also covers how to update prices and cost data for newly created assortments.

Go to Settings.
Under Master data settings, click Attributes.
Select the attribute you want to build an assortment for.
Most commonly Sizes.
Can also be Materials, Lengths, or any other variant-defining attribute.
Create a new assortment

Locate the Assortment section.
Click Add assortment.
Enter a name for your assortment (e.g., “Size set B”).
Select the sizes you want included.

Click Submit.
Your new assortment is now available for use on products.

Review and update SKUs
Before finalizing:
Check that the variant colors are correct.
Ensure the SKU pattern matches your naming structure (item number + color + size).
Adjust SKU details if needed.

If you use auto-generated EAN numbers, you may generate them at this step, but it is optional.
Updating prices for the assortment

Update cost prices
If you work with production in TRAEDE:
