Introduction
This article introduces you to the shipment picking process in TRAEDE using the scanner. It explains how to view shipments, claim them to avoid duplicates in the warehouse, and provides a quick overview of how the scanner interface works.
Viewing all shipments ready to pick
If you enter into the shipments list you will get a list of all the shipments that are ready to be picked. You can see if a shipment is open (available for Claiming), claimed by someone else or claimed by you on the right hand side of the list. To open a shipment simply click on its row
Claiming a shipment
When you open a shipment you will have to claim it in order to start picking. By claiming a shipment you are now telling other people at the warehouse that this is "your shipment" and they should not be picking it. You can claim the shipment by clicking the claim button at the top
