Scanner is not scanner
In order to figure out why the scanner is not registering scans, you must first find out if the scanner is correctly connected to Traede. To do so we will enter scanning debug mode
Step 1: Go into the scanner navigation by clicking the lower right corner
Step 2: Go to Application Info
Step 3: Click Scanner debugging
Step 4: Check if barcodes are registered
A box will appear in the lower red corner. It writes Barcode:
Try to scan a barcode using the scanner. The number of the barcode should be shown in the red box. If it does not then the scanner is not properly configured
