Introduction
This guide explains how TRAEDE automatically exports B2B customer emails to Klaviyo and how you can trigger the export manually. By default, this sync happens automatically every night at midnight, but you can also initiate it yourself if needed.
This article is relevant for TRAEDE users who have installed the Klaviyo integration and want to ensure their B2B customer data is up to date in Klaviyo.
Automatic sync at midnight
Every night at 00:00 (midnight), TRAEDE automatically exports all B2B customer emails to Klaviyo.
This ensures your Klaviyo list is consistently updated without requiring manual intervention.
Manually trigger the export
From the TRAEDE home screen, go to the Klaviyo integration (via the App Store).
Click the Actions menu.
Select Queue customer email push to Klaviyo.
What happens next
TRAEDE will queue all B2B customer emails for export to Klaviyo.
The process can take up to 30 minutes, so please be patient.
This manual trigger performs the exact same process as the nightly sync.
Once the queue is complete, your B2B customer emails will appear in your selected Klaviyo list.
