Introduction
This guide explains how to install the Klaviyo integration in TRAEDE. This integration is specifically used to synchronize B2B customer emails from TRAEDE to Klaviyo. Note that this is not intended for your B2C customer data—your B2C store should already send data directly to Klaviyo.
If you’ve previously used the Mailchimp integration, please be aware that Klaviyo works differently. Unlike Mailchimp, Klaviyo does not support multi-currency setups in the same way, so TRAEDE assumes a single currency is used.
Step 1: Go to the TRAEDE App Store
From the TRAEDE home screen, go to the App Store.
Locate the Klaviyo app.
Click Install.
Step 2: Create a private API key in Klaviyo
Log in to your Klaviyo account.
Go to Settings → API Keys.
Under Private API Keys, click Create Private API Key.
Name your key (e.g., “TRAEDE”) and select Full Access.
⚠️ Do not restrict permissions—this may prevent TRAEDE from functioning properly.
Click Create, and copy the API key.
Step 3: Complete installation in TRAEDE
Paste the Klaviyo API key into the TRAEDE installation form.
Under the List section:
If you already have a Klaviyo list you want to use (e.g., "TRAEDE B2B customers"), select it.
If not, leave it empty and TRAEDE will automatically create a new list called TRAEDE.
Step 4: Set your reply-to email
In the From email field, enter the email address that should receive replies from your Klaviyo campaigns.
Example:
marketing@mybrand.com
Enter your Brand name to complete the setup.
Once completed, your Klaviyo integration is installed and ready to use. TRAEDE will now be able to push B2B customer emails into Klaviyo. If no list was selected, TRAEDE will create one automatically.
